Some of you may have met her at the "Founders Speed ​​Talk" at the ChroniquesDuVasteMonde Academy Job Symposium: Irina Clemens with her motto "Courage Pays Off". Together with the British Zeff Sheriff she builds the startup in Berlin Talentif on. It does not matter if it's an internal job change, a continuing education choice, a sabbatical or a complete new beginning. At the core, you reflect with Talentif, where your own core competencies are and where they can be put to good use on the job market.

There are 15 assignments that are self-paced or partnered with a friend and are mentored through videos by a career coach. At its core, the platform provides a wonderful accompaniment to competence assessment. She herself is free, if necessary, a single coaching or a place in the 6-week course can be booked at any time. In the course you will meet 6-8 other professionals, with whom you can exchange weekly about the tasks by videoconference. Talentif wants to stimulate the exchange of experience and better access to the working methods of different professions.



Talentif has been officially available for free since Monday, October 9th. Access to the platform is via registration with Facebook, LinkedIn or email. All information is available at www.talentif.de.

The platform is aimed particularly at German-speaking employees who determine their career position or specifically consider a career change.
