To All the Boys I've Loved Before: These actors are back in the sequel

Since December, it's clear that the popular Netflix teen romance "To All the Boys I've Loved Before" is getting a sequel. Now the streaming service has announced, which actor will be shown next to the main actors Lana Condor (21) alias Lara Jean Song Covey and Noah Centineo (22) alias Peter Kavinsky again.

Change in the direction

What would Lara Jean be without her family? As in the first part, Anna Cathcart (15) and "Pretty Little Liars" star Janel Parrish (30) will once again take on roles as Katherine "Kitty" Song Covey and Margot Song Covey. With this concentrated family power the head can not be missing: John Corbett (57, "My Big Fat Greek Wedding") returns as Dr. Dan Covey, the dad of the Song Sisters, back.

The director is Michael Fimognari (44), who was responsible for the camera work in part one. Susan Johnson, who had directed the first part, had to fit in with schedules for other projects. She remains the producer of the sequel, however. The film is still in the preparation phase, a release date is not yet fixed.

The teen romance "To All the Boys I've Loved Before" was released on Netflix in the summer of 2018 and provided a lot of excitement. The film is based on the eponymous book by US author Jenny Han (38). It is about the introverted teenager Lara Jean Song Covey (Lana Condor), whose secret love letters get to the objects of their desire. When she makes a pseudo-relationship with Peter (Noah Centineo), the school's biggest crush, the chaos of feeling is perfect. Han has written a total of three books about Lana and Peter. In the second part John Ambrose threatens her young love happiness.
