The new autumn trends 2010

At the international autumn / winter shows we could already admire the new fashion trends. But do not worry, you do not have to clear out your entire wardrobe to make room. We'll tell you which trends from last season are preserved - and in which parts you should invest now.

Italy is coming.

This fall trend is coming: With the new elegant fashion in Italy look we feel like a star. We think of Italian film classics, Capri and Sophia Loren. There are bodices, points, lace and of course: a lot of black.

England stays.

This trend remains: On the right you can see the Miss Marple look, as with Antonio Marras. English, eccentric and romantic playful in tweed coat and floral dress. Tip: Combine thick wool stockings and lace-ups. A look for individualists with courage to fashion.

On the next page: Camel is coming. Glencheck stays.

Camel is coming.

This fall trend is coming: Who wants to buy a new coat this year, can not ignore the color Camel. Camel has style. And brings us - tone on tone or combined with jeans - with its straight, reduced cuts right back to the 1990s.

On the next page: Next Rock is coming. Narrow skirt stays.

Next rock is coming.

This fall trend is coming: It could not be more feminine: The 1950s are back and with them the wide skirt. Maybe designers like Muiccia Prada or Marc Jacobs for Louis Vuitton were inspired by the award-winning US TV series "Mad Men," which will be screened in October.

1: Too wide skirts, the upper body should be emphasized as possible with narrow tops or sweaters. For example, with this long-sleeved shirt with a waterfall neckline and emphasized shoulders by Schunk & Rosenfeld, around 185 euros.

Narrow skirt stays.

This trend remains: Unfortunately, the wide skirt requires perfect styling and can quickly make you old. Well, then, that the narrow skirt continues to trend, as Dolce & Gabbana prove right in the picture. Because he always looks good - whether the costume or leather jacket.

On the next page: Red is coming. Gray remains.

Red comes.

This fall trend is coming: The red coat or the red evening dress - that's not necessarily new. But new is the combination with Camel and brown tones. The recipe for success: Mix one part Camel, one part brown and one part red - for example a red shirt.

Gray remains.

This trend remains: Gray, on the other hand, is not so exciting, but remains on the road to success. Gray stands for understatement, is timeless, elegant and sexy at the same time. Various shades of gray are mixed this season and show a purist image: The cuts are reduced and clear, because the color works for itself.

On the next page: Chunky knit is coming. Cardigan stays.

Chunky knit is coming.

This fall trend is coming: Long, coarse-knit jackets are standard this fall. And it's all in the mix: chiffon to knit, leather to knit, glitter to knit. With such a jacket, we can equip our summer wardrobe autumn suitable and are dressed fashionably.

Cardigan stays.

This trend remains: The fine-knit cardigan also fits perfectly with the dress and underlines the style of the 50s and 60s. But: Gone is the time when we always had our cardigan with us. This part is now taken over by the fluffy coarse knit cardigan.

On the next page: aviator jacket is coming. Blazer stays.

Aviator jacket is coming.

Blazer stays.

This trend remains: No garment serves the classic style as well as the blazer - especially when combined with sporty pants. The look becomes fashionable and feminine with lace blouse, shoulder bag and ankle boots. Androgyn, on the other hand, in combination with the matching suit trousers. Tip: Pay attention to good materials and a slight shoulder stress.

On the next page: Purism is coming. Opulence remains.

Purism is coming.

This fall trend is coming: In her September issue, German author Elle dedicated the entire fashion section to purism and writes: "The new Clean Chic is the perfect fashion for modern women". Opulence remains.

This trend remains: Nevertheless, we can still adorn ourselves. And even with the "opulence" trend, the designers are concentrating entirely on the material. In addition to sequins, brocade and gold luster, there are also embroidery with folkloristic echoes. Tip: Choose only one piece and wear it for a special occasion.

On the next page: Fake Fur is coming. Leather stays.

Fake Fur is coming.

This trend remains: Leather is still highly topical and the "fabric" of the season - especially in black, cream and natural tones.

On the next page: The sixties are coming. The seventies stay.

The seventies stay.

This trend remains: Whether it's a slouch hat for flared trousers or big silk scarves for a tank top and paisley dress: If you like it more playful and colorful, then the look of the seventies is still in the right place. Tip: Combine classic parts so that the look does not look too hip.

On the next page: Norwegian pattern comes. Leoprint stays.

Norwegian pattern comes.
