Tara Stiles: Diet by your own rules!

Tara Stiles (33) is a multi-talent: yoga rebel, ex-model, ballet dancer, founder of Strala Yoga, author. She founded her own yoga studio in 2008 in New York City. Here she lives with "Strala Yoga" a non-dogmatic, sporty yoga style, free of constraints and strict rules. There is no spiritual accessory. Asanas, breathing techniques and meditation are taught. "For me, it's important that people understand that yoga is not an elitist club, and I'll go straight to the point to convey that."
