Tantouring: The natural alternative to Contouring

Kim Kardashian made the contouring famous - and made millions of women suddenly wear several layers of make-up on their faces. The make-up technique, which works with different foundation colors, has it all. With light and dark tones, the face is modeled in the contouring so that only perfectly shaped cheekbones, forehead and narrow noses remain.

But so many make-up layers not only provide a flawless face, but also for a more mask-like expression. Women who prefer more naturalness have not been able to do much with the trend so far. But now there is an alternative to the Contouring - and does not seem masklike!

What can Tantouring do?

Tantouring is the perfect alternative for those who find contouring cool but too artificial. The name is a mixture of Contouring and "tanning", so tanning agent. With the help of a self-tanner, the cheekbones are emphasized, what else happens to a bronzer or a foundation. Because the skin is dyed and not painted, a natural complexion is the result.

Tantouring: It's that easy

All you need for touring are two different self-tanners. One should be at most one shade darker than the natural skin color, the other one about two or three shades darker. You also need a beveled cosmetic brush.

Thoroughly clean the face before the procedure. Then start with the brighter self-tanner and apply it all over the face - just as explained in the product's description. This is how the perfect foundation is created. Then pick up the darker nuance and spread some self-tanner under the cheekbones and at the temples with the bevelled brush. Let it sink for about ten minutes, done!
