She calls herself the 'modern nurse': Lee Moffitt breastfeeds 12 neighbor children

Lee Moffitt from Orlando calls himself the 'modern nurse'. She herself has two daughters, the 8-year-old Rose and the little Amaeyliss. Her eldest breastfed her up to and including 6 years, and her youngest still breastfeeds her. But Lee cares at the same time about no less than 12 other neighborhood children? And I do not just care about babysitting, but she also gives you her breasts.

Lee came up with this idea because her friends wanted her to have breastfeeding tips. Their babies have never stopped crying and for the 26-year-old, it was clear: mothers have to help and support each other. Quite quickly she came up with the concept of the 'modern nurse' and even created a Facebook page.

Not everyone was enthusiastic about their help

The mothers in the neighborhood found Lee's idea very practical: "She's a mom like me, so it was okay for me, it was nice to be able to leave for a moment." Other moms, however, are shocked by Facebook.

But Lee is convinced that there have always been nurses and that it used to be normal for other women to breastfeed strangers. A spokesman for? La Leche League GB? confirmed that there is no research into how foreign breastmilk can be harmful to babies. Rather, this would strengthen the immune system.

Nevertheless, there are also risks, because you have to make sure that in the milk no viruses or pathogens are present through drugs or drugs. Since Lee is all right in this regard, she does not speak against breastfeeding babies.
