Series tips: In March 2019, Drew Barrymore again feels carnal desire
Most series fans may well be waiting for the final eighth season of "Game of Thrones," which starts in April. The time until then, however, can be bridged well with the series highlights in March. Bloody, funny or mysterious - a lot is required.

Hurray, hurray, the Pumuckl is back! On March 1, Amazon Prime Video's childhood memories come to life. In the video streaming service, all 52 episodes of two seasons start by Master Eder and his little goblin Pumuckl.
Also on March 1, season one of the Prime Original "The Widow" is available. In it Kate Beckinsale (45, "Underworld") plays the role of the Georgia Wells. She has been retreating to the hinterland of Wales for three years after the love of her life, Will (Matthew Le Nevez), died in a plane crash in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. But is Will really dead? Her life suddenly goes completely off balance when she sees him in the background of a television report about the Congo. She follows Will's footsteps and gets herself into mortal danger.
Supplies of "American Gods" will be available from March 11th. Each week, a second season episode will be available for retrieval.
Also in March "Hanna" will be released. The series premiered at the Berlinale in 2019. Title character Hanna (Esmé Creed-Miles) has grown up isolated in the forests of Eastern Europe. There she meticulously trained for the fight against the bad guys chasing her and her father Erik Heller (Joel Kinnaman). When they are tracked down, she and her father are separated and Hanna's survival skills are in demand. Will she be able to cope in the new world?

On RTL II, Season 4 celebrates four of "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." German free TV premiere. The 22 episodes will be shown on Saturday, March 9, at 10:35 pm in duplicate. The infamous "Ghost Rider" shows up, but can you trust the mysterious Ghost Rider? In addition, former friends become enemies within the organization ...
On ProSieben, the series Wednesday will again be determined by the doctors of the Gray Sloan Memorial Hospital from March 27th (8:15 pm). The 15th season of "Gray's Anatomy" celebrates German free-TV premiere and one question particularly bothers the fans: Will Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) give her heart to a new man? At least she turns to a professional dating agent. In addition, actor Alex Landi as Dr. Nico Kim - the first gay surgeon in the series.
After "Gray's Anatomy", ProSieben will broadcast the third season of "Lucifer" in double episodes starting at 22:15 on 27 March.

The streaming service Netflix starts on March 8 with the new comedy series "After Life" with Ricky Gervais (57). In it, a journalist takes refuge in a gruff new personality to push away all who want to help him to process the death of his wife.
As of March 15, Idris Elba (46) becomes a failed DJ in "Turn Up Charlie" who wants to revive his career. As a part time job, he tries to be a nanny and takes care of the impetuous 11-year-old daughter of his friend.
Also on March 15, the animated anthology series "Love, Death & Robots" will be released. The eight short stories combine different genres - fantasy about horror to comedy. Directed by Tim Miller ("Deadpool") and David Fincher (56, "Seven").
As of March 29th, Drew Barrymore (44), alias Sheila, craves for blood and meat again. In the third season of the horror comedy series "Santa Clarita Diet" is also Timothy Olyphant (50) aka Joel back with it. Can some of the mysteries surrounding Sheila's zombie existence be resolved? And does the kiss between Abby (Liv Hewson) and Eric (Skyler Gisondo) mean more? Will Nathan Fillion (47) aka Gary (or rather his head) return? For bloodthirsty and comic moments should be taken care of.
