ChroniquesDuVasteMonde: Ms. Broszath, has the longing for the supernatural become bigger in recent years?

Roswitha Broszath: Absolutely. But today I would rather call it the search for the superior meaning. A few years ago, many just wanted to know: what was I in my previous life, was I now Cleopatra, was I burnt as a witch? It had to be something special. There was sometimes not the search for meaning, but rather the desire behind an exciting story about yourself. The people today have become more tangible, so to speak: I want to know what tasks there are in my life that still have to be solved. How can that unfold what is invested in me?

ChroniquesDuVasteMonde: And then you look at their horoscope and can then answer the question immediately?

Roswitha Broszath: First of all, I clarify the expectations. Does a patient come to me for health reasons or is he seeking psychotherapeutic support? I practice a humanistic, psychological astrology, which means that in the client's horoscope I search for imprints and patterns and the best possible times to develop powers. Again and again I emphasize: I am neither fortune-teller nor clairvoyant, it is not about astrological predictions. I also often ask to know if I can include karmic considerations in the work, if karma and belief in multiple lives are familiar.

ChroniquesDuVasteMonde: Can your patients deal with the question of karma?

Roswitha Broszath: Yes, almost 80 percent of my clients say yes. But I can also, if there are resistances against the astrology, to switch to other tools, then I work, for example, with elements of psychodrama, role-play and exchange, dream analysis. But of course, mainly people come to my practice in my office, they want me to work with their astrological data. In the end, it does not matter if it's about problems from a past life, about dreams or other perceptions, these are always aspects of the inner reality, both have the same power, the same impact on the patient's life.

ChroniquesDuVasteMonde: And then what exactly do you say to someone sitting in front of you and saying: I can not get on the job, I do not like the city anymore, my relationship is dragging along?

Roswitha Broszath: Then I remind him of the old wisdom, which says: If nothing works, everything will happen again.

ChroniquesDuVasteMonde: A normal coach would say that without a horoscope ...

Roswitha Broszath: Building and solution-oriented, I certainly work too. My special perspective through psychological astrology, however, allows a different view of the happenings; planetary and astrological constellations also form the constellations of life and life. And via transits, ie the inclusion of the current planetary influences, also possible development processes and opportunities. My clients' awareness of this other issue is growing: how to work with events, what sense lies in them, where are the junctions in my life, where do they come from, how can they be solved, and what is the great opportunity?

ChroniquesDuVasteMonde: And if such a constellation is not so cheap?

Roswitha Broszath: Then I would never say to the client: This looks very bad for you, but unfortunately you're pretty much stuck. But I point it to the hidden possibilities of personality development, which are especially to be found especially in difficult situations.

ChroniquesDuVasteMonde: Are there any people who believe they can make any more decisions without your advice and horoscopes?

Roswitha Broszath: When I realize that a dependency develops, if someone wants to come too often, then I gently set appointments. Regular sessions are not planned, unlike continuous therapy. Frequently clients ask me: when should I come back? Then I answer: You will feel it then in time. There is no fixed pattern. This may be the case more often in Saturn years. But often I do not see a client for three years.

ChroniquesDuVasteMonde: Yes, there are many things that help people seeking meaning. Classifieds of esoteric magazines are teeming with handcuffs, hawkers, and aura photographers.Since 2005, the number of providers of so-called esoteric service providers has skyrocketed. How does one distinguish the wheat from the chaff?

Roswitha Broszath: One should look closely at the websites of these healers, angel whisperers, shamans, even what training they have. For example, there are mental healers who have been trained in England, where mental healing is even integrated into the health system and is therefore also controlled. Unfortunately, there is no association with us, who can sometimes warn or exclude someone who works unserious. There is a complete gray area.

ChroniquesDuVasteMonde: When exactly do you speak about dubious work?

Roswitha Broszath: Dubious providers evaluate or value their customers, they make predictions that rip open old wounds. In contrast, I convey to my clients that I am not the judge here, but only the witness of your personal perception. In my practice come people who say that they were with someone who has solved a curse and cured cancer, sometimes by the way. Or there comes a woman who reports that I was with a fortune teller, who predicted that my husband would die this fall. For me it has nothing to do with healing or astrology, it is just irresponsible or naked sadism. Because these people are then full of fears.

ChroniquesDuVasteMonde: Why do so many suddenly believe that they are called to a shaman after a weekend seminar or could suddenly talk to angels and the dead overnight?

Roswitha Broszath: The need to make a difference in a particular area in order to gain recognition there is great. "I can heal, I see what no one sees," which gives some people a meaning that they can not achieve in their normal lives. However, Neptune and Chiron have been in a special position for some time, and perhaps this explains why people are more likely to feel and develop their subtle and healing abilities. Unfortunately, some believe that they can develop their full healing power with a few workshops. But real shamans and healers go a long and sometimes arduous journey until they really have their power.

ChroniquesDuVasteMonde: Many healers, for example, who are seen at esoteric fairs, often appear in stage shows in rushing robes and sometimes with a large suite of assistants.

Roswitha Broszath: I also suspect anyone who has a great cult around him. People who can really heal do not need such a show. At all times there have been healers and healers who have used their knowledge about herbs and plants for the benefit of others. And also healed with laying on of hands, which today would certainly be described as energetic healing. That was quite natural for them.

ChroniquesDuVasteMonde: Now it is noticeably often women in the middle of life, who no longer want to be a tax consultant, but medium.

Roswitha Broszath: I think that's not surprising, it's great. Women are simply more courageous and better connected to their hidden yearnings than men. Besides, at the beginning of our lives, we do not suspect how many skills we have learned, what we can do on our own. At the age of eighteen, you can not really know what it's all about, you're alienated, very often in the wake of your parents, in a world that supports the compliant rather than the one who says I'm clairvoyant. So it takes a while, until you feel: There is something else in me. And that is often in the middle of life, there is a liberation from the old thinking. And at the moment, we are wonderfully benefiting from a strong Uranus, which sometimes animates to radical cuts.

ChroniquesDuVasteMonde: To be persistent and engage in endless seminars with what one senses in oneself, is not that also a luxury issue?

Roswitha Broszath: Yes and no. We do not have to fight for the most elemental needs on a daily basis like many other people in this world. But still we are a very needy society here. We have everything, but often nothing that feeds our souls.
