Rihanna: Superstar is now an ambassador of her home island
Superstar Rihanna (30, "Diamonds") was named "Extraordinary Ambassador" by the government of the island state of Barbados on Thursday (20 September). As further reported by "billborad.com", she should in future take care of the "promotion of education, tourism and investment for the island".
Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley (52) said Barbados was honored to be awarded the title of this outstanding compatriot who has contributed so much to the island's perceptions around the world.
