Strengthen defenses

Contrast showers: Get your circulation going - with interchangeable showers. First warm, then cold shower, that strengthens the immune system.

Avoid infection

Infection with cold viruses occurs through droplet infection. So you can reduce the risk of getting yourself:

Shake hands if possible, do without greetings.

Help with cold

The recipe is simple: fill a bowl with hot water and breathe in steam under a towel. Pure steam is enough, but if you like, you can also add essential oils, herbs such as chamomile and lime blossom or thermal salt. Even more intense acts a warm wrap with chopped onions, which have been briefly heated in a pan without fat.



Mustard flour wrap Too much mustard for bratwurst can burn quite nicely. Because mustard seeds contain sharp essential oils, which promote blood circulation. For coughs and bronchitis is desired, the heat facilitates coughing and well. With a chest wrap, it works directly in the right place. For this, spread a cotton cloth in the middle of the knife back thick with mustard flour (for example from the health food store) and fold it so that the flour is covered by two layers of fabric.
