Prince Charles: Together with Camilla he goes on a big Africa tour
While Prince Harry (34) and Duchess Meghan (37) will soon be back on British soil after their Pacific voyage, Prince Charles (69) and wife Camilla (71) are now on a grand tour: they become different countries of Africa visit, as the Instagram account of the two reveals with a first photo. First stop on the journey: Gambia.
The picture shows Prince Charles in conversation with Gambian President Adama Barrow (53), who greeted the British Royals at the airport in the capital Banjul. The Duchess of Cornwall, dressed in a white caftan with gold embroidery, remained in the background. The nine-day itinerary also includes visits to Ghana and Nigeria. The tour is intended to pay tribute to the long history of the relationship between the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth countries.
