Life is unfair: no job, no money and then even more trouble with the women. That's what happens to friends Frank, Gy and Olli. Ironically, at the employment office, a woman confuses Frank with a callboy and offers him 150 euros for his love services. Shocked, he tells his two friends about it. Director Maggie Peren, who has already received several awards as screenwriter ("Forget America", "Girl, Girl"), presents us with her feature film debut "Stellungswechsel" an entertaining comedy with lots of situational comedy. Unfortunately, almost all the stereotypes that exist about the relationship between man and woman are served: The sensitive women's understanding inevitably iron the laundry, cool macho considers women as lower beings and then there is the man who can indeed listen well and cook but visually is no treat.

Even if the wannabe cavaliers are really just about money, watching them try to give women what they really want to - attention - is amusing. Maggie Peren got an interesting mix of german actors. Above all, Florian Lukas, known from "Goodbye Lenin" and Herbert Knaup convince in their roles as a softie and embittered ex-executive. Too bad that the other figures rather scrape the surface.
Conclusion: "Change of Position" is the attempt to produce a good comedy out of a handful of actors worth seeing. Although the makers did not succeed perfectly, the film delivers many funny moments with witty dialogues and wonderful facial expressions, where you can not resist so many loud laughter.
