Poll: Women want more sex

When the fertility app "Kindara" interviewed 500 of its users about sex, some clichés were confirmed, others were broken. Here are the most important results:

1. Women want more sex

Men pay attention: 53.2 percent of women surveyed want more sex - compared to 46.8 percent who are satisfied with their sex life. When men raise their eyebrows questioningly - that does not necessarily mean that women also want more sex with their partner. Sex therapist Susanna-Sitari Rescio has a supposition: "When I ask in my practice, I experience that women do not like to sleep with their husband, but have a good time on others."

2. The majority of women have an orgasm

38.6 percent of the women surveyed said they came to orgasm at least once during sex. 10.2 percent even have multiple orgasms. 2.8 percent never come, 8.4 percent rarely, 16.2 percent now and 23.8 percent regularly. So over 60 percent come to orgasm quite often - that's a good sign (if nobody lied).

3. Foreplay and emotional attachment are most important

What needs good sex? The interviewed women agree: 53.2 percent say that emotional bonding with their partner is important to them, 23.6 percent call it foreplay, 10.4 percent favor communication, and 7 percent believe that good sex comes about through regularity is good and for 4 percent, the variation is particularly important.

4. Stress prevents good sex

This result is unsurprising: what prevents good sex? In this question 39.2 percent state stress, 28.2 percent lack of attachment to the partner, 20.2 percent say "not in the mood", 20 percent lack self-confidence, 15.4 percent state different reasons and 11, 8 percent cite small children as a reason.
