No time for cooking? You still eat really well with this trick

There is a ready-to-serve meal, which dispenses with all unhealthy additives, is mega-sweet and prepared very quickly. And best of all, it comes straight from your kitchen. With this live-hack, you have prepared for evenings where you do not have time to cook extensively, and reward yourself after work with a super-fast, delicious chicken dish. The secret behind it are resealable freezer bags and delicious marinades that are easy to prepare.

That's how easy it is to conjure up delicious chicken dishes

Just the evening before the marinade stir, fill with the poultry in the freezer bag, airtight seal - and off in the fridge with it. When you come home exhausted the next day, put the contents of the bag in a saucepan, let it simmer for 20 minutes and look forward to a tender, highly aromatic chicken fillet. Because by the long pulling in the marinade the spices can penetrate the meat wonderfully. At the same time, this prevents the chicken from drying out during preparation.

As inspiration for this wonderful life hack, there are three marinades from the ChroniquesDuVasteMonde kitchen, with which the next week should be rescued. The quantities refer in each case to the preparation of two chicken breast fillets.



coconut marinade

Ingredients:

  • 1 red pepper
  • 30 grams of fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 400 milliliters of coconut milk
  • fine sea salt

Preparation:

Quarter the pepper, remove seeds and rinse. Grate the pepper on a grater. Peel ginger and finely grate. Mix paprika, ginger, cumin, lime juice, chili and bay leaf with the coconut milk. Season with salt and leave it in the bag overnight. To the recipe: coconut marinade

Garlic honey marinade

Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tbsp dry white wine
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp Herbs of Provence
  • 1 tsp sweet-sweet paprika
  • freshly ground white pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

preparation

Mix honey, white wine, mustard, Provencal herbs, sweet peppers, pepper, chillies and garlic. Put the chicken fillet with the marinade in the bag and let it cook in the fridge until ready to cook. The recipe: Chicken wings in garlic and honey marinade



Herb marinade

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of lemon thyme
  • 1 can of cola (330 ml)
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • fine sea salt
  • freshly ground pepper

Preparation:

Rinse the lemon thyme, shake dry and strip the leaves as much as possible from the stems. Mix with cola, lemon juice and oil. Salting and peppering. Put the chicken filets with the marinade in the resealable bag and leave to cool in the fridge. The recipe: herbal marinade
