"Suna" - what is it about?

"I was completely overwhelmed by this debut of author Pia Ziefle, as each of her ornate twists shows one thing: how strong love is in this story, but it's anything but cuddly, Ziefle tells of a baby who just does not want to sleep And from a mother who drags herself and her child through the first days and weeks until she feels like a mombie, a creature gnawed by sleep deprivation She and her daughter Suna find redemption only through a story that would easily provide material It is their family history, and thus the beginning of a journey into the past with two mothers and two fathers, to ancestors in Germany, Serbia and Turkey. " (ChroniquesDuVasteMonde culture editor Angela Wittman on "Suna")
