Mark Hamill: These rules annoy him now "Star Wars"

Mark Hamill (67) gives an insight into the extreme secrecy security of the "Star Wars" scripts. Not even he - Luke Skywalker - gets in the meantime even a copy.

As the actor "Entertainment Weekly" explained on the sidelines of an event in Prague, the script including a supervisor is flown in by the production company, whereupon Hamill is allowed to read it and then has to hand it over immediately. "They come and give it to me and then wait until I read it so I can return it so no pressure at all, you can not even keep it overnight, but that's just how it is."

It used to be very different: Hamill remembers that he had shown the first script to "Star Wars" throughout the circle of friends to get opinions. Nobody cares, it's like working in some super secret state government organization today as if you were in the CIA. " The security measures go so far that the script is printed on dark red paper that is not copyable, but: "You get a headache from reading it," Hamill said.
