Making a sausage yourself - step by step

  1. Ingredients for the Thuringians come through the coarse slice of meat grinder.
  2. 2 eggs and milk provide the binding, marjoram for the typical taste.
  3. For the duckbratwurst and currywurst the ingredients are finely chopped in a blender.
  4. The finished sausage meat is filled in the intestine. This works best with the practical sausage attachment of the meat grinder.
  5. Even with a piping bag, the sausage meat can be filled.
  6. Currywurst and duck sausage are boiled in boiling hot water and only then fried or grilled.
