Lose weight with Mediterranean recipes

"For the ChroniquesDuVasteMonde diet, I would also like to make recipes," said top chef Cornelia Poletto last summer. We were only too happy to hear that. The Hamburg cook and ChroniquesDuVasteMonde diet expert Anna Ort-Gottwald squatted and brooded together. The result: Mediterranean main dishes for every day. The pleasure world of Cornelia Poletto tailored to the ChroniquesDuVasteMonde diet. There are also breakfast and dinner ideas from Anna Ort-Gottwald. Let yourself be surprised how well everything fits. And as a special goodie Cornelia Poletto shows in the new diet supplement, how she prepares her favorite lasagna - step by step.

Recipes are one thing, know-how is the other: both together make losing weight effective and successful. The heart of the ChroniquesDuVasteMonde diet is Slow Carbs (slow carbohydrates), which includes fiber such as lentils, whole grains and vegetables. And of those, the meals that Cornelia Poletto has created include quite a few. And these are the strengths of Slow Carbs:

  • They have no or hardly any calories.
  • Where they are in, it means: chew well, and thus the saturation starts in the mouth.
  • Slow carbs behave like a sponge in the body, absorbing water, stretching and filling the stomach so you feel full faster.
  • They delay the gastric emptying, slow down the digestion of nutrients. This means that the insulin level does not freak out, and this protects against cravings and reduces the risk of diabetes.
  • Foods that contain many slow carbs are low in fat by nature.

Even easier you can lose pounds if you eat according to the ChroniquesDuVasteMonde diet rules. These include the hour formula, the fatburn kick and the calorie brake - more on that in our questions and answers on the ChroniquesDuVasteMonde diet. Here you will also learn many more details about the ChroniquesDuVasteMonde diet.

But now we do not want to stretch you to the torture any longer. Here are three recipes of Cornelia Poletto from the ChroniquesDuVasteMonde diet 2015 - to bring back boast and appetite. We hope you enjoy trying it out!
