Life insurance after divorce?

The answer of the expert

Not automatically. After the divorce, your husband can easily and without your knowledge change the subscription right in his life insurance, and thus also use a possible new partner.

You can only protect yourself against this if you register the irrevocable subscription right. However, your husband must agree. This irrevocable subscription right can then only be changed with your consent. Talk to your husband about it as soon as possible.
