Liev Schreiber: Will the actor be brought to trial?

Presumably, Liev Schreiber (50, "Ray Donovan") just wanted to have his rest. But as paradoxical as it may sound, a photographer who allegedly persecuted the American actor for several days in June is now suing the 50-year-old himself for harassment. Schreiber has to answer Tuesday in the court in Rockland County, New York.

The actor's lawyer, Jonathan Ripps, has already made it clear to Journal News that this is not physical harassment. Schreiber had merely pushed the man's camera aside as the flash of lightning struck him directly in his face - a law was not broken in his view. If the charge of second-degree harassment is not dropped on Tuesday, Schreiber pleads not guilty, Ripps continues.
