20 strong founders, their coaches and of course the initiators and patrons? they all met on 4 April to celebrate the start of? Women Entrepreneurs of the Future 2019? to celebrate! In fact, the sponsorship program launched by Amazon, the ChroniquesDuVasteMonde Academy, Global Digital Women and the Association of German Women Entrepreneurs is already entering the third round. "You can be sure that you will take part in the best version of UdZ ever," said Markus Söberl, Amazon's Seller Services Director, right at the start of the event. Because not only the participants are constantly developing, but of course the program itself. By the way: This year, around 300 applications were received? Record!

Motivation instead of nervousness? the most important tips from the beginning

Of course, one thing remains unchanged: The selected 20 participants start the program with a certain amount of excitement. No wonder! Because from now on they will spend half a year together with their coaches? and of course beyond that? Do everything possible to make your company even more successful or to get started online. The initial nervousness flies, especially thanks to the motivational words of the co-initiators, fortunately relatively quickly. State Minister and UdZ patron Dorothee Bär, for example, emphasizes: "It's about time that women trust more and do not give up, because they only fulfill 8 out of 10 requirements." And also Jasmin Arabian-Vogel, President of the Association of German Businesswomen, thinks it's time for a change? not just as far as women are concerned, but in the digital industry in general: "Values such as trust, cooperation and openness must grow if you want to be digitally successful."

?Hard work pays off? ? the previous year's winners about their experiences

The winners of the previous year and this year's coaches Ines Spanier from the agricultural trading company farmtex and Julia Ritter from desiary.de prove how it can work when these values are lived in the company. In conversation with Veronika Leitermann, Head of Seller Services Other Hardlines at Amazon, they encourage this year's participants to engage in the coming challenges despite their hard work. "Stay open for new ideas," advises Julia Ritter, who won the 2018 prize in the "Export? won. Ines Spanier adds: "The great thing about the program is that you get valuable input from coaching and the network that you never expected."

And that's exactly what started! After a workshop hosted by network queen Tijen Onaran, founder of Global Digital Women, they went straight to key basics like ecommerce basics or PR. In the first individual coaching sessions, the participants also shared their visions and ideas for their company with their coaches for the first time. In short: the perfect starting shot for successful and exciting six months! What opportunities will arise for the participants and whose digital strategy will be honored this year? We are excited and looking forward to strong concepts and even stronger women!
