Kollegah and Farid Bang: Scandal album is now on the index

Now it is official: The scandal album "Young, brutal, handsome 3" of the two belligerent rappers Kollegah (34) and Farid Bang (32) has been taken to the list of youth-endangered media. This was announced by the Federal Examination Office in a short press release, without going into the exact reasons so far. Accordingly, this decided the 12-panel of Bonn Authority on 6 September.

Both the box set "JBG3" Limited Steelbox, Limited Edition, CD + DVD and the CD land on the index with the release of the list on September 28th. From this point on, extensive sales and advertising bans apply to children and young people. Kollegah and Farid Bang also caused a massive scandal and heated discussions at this year's Echo Awards Ceremony.

Rapper triggered eclat on the echo

Their song "0815" contains the text line "My body defined as by Auschwitzinsassen", yet the rappers were admitted by the ethics advisory board to the Echo Awards and were even allowed to perform live. The ensuing wave of indignation later even led to the abolition of the music prize, as many sponsors turned away and some artists returned their echoes won media effective again.

Something special is the indexing, however, not. Already the two predecessor albums "Young, brutal, good-looking 1 and 2" landed on the list of the Federal Examination Office in the years 2012 and 2014. At that time, those responsible argued with a threatening and inciting to violence. The texts of the second work also conveyed a self-image "based on disrespect, violence, humiliation and intimidation".
