Jim Parsons: "TBBT" star works on new sitcom "The Inn Crowd"

Actor Jim Parsons (45) does not seem to be worried about under-employment following the announced ending of "The Big Bang Theory" next year. So have the Sheldon cast already the next sitcom in planning, as the US side "Deadline" reported. This is the show "The Inn Crowd", in which a gay couple in the center, which opens in a small town an inn - and thus shocks the conservative inhabitants.

The sitcom is based on a "New Yorker" article by the author and Pulitzer winner Tony Horwitz, which was published in 1999. Parsons' production company, That's Wonderful Productions, which he co-founded with his husband Todd Spiewak, will implement The Inn Crowd. However, it is not yet certain that Parsons will also be seen in front of the camera in the new show. So far, "Deadline" only reports on its activities as a producer. And a start date is not fixed at this early stage of planning.
