Intuition: What she supports, what prevents her
This promotes intuition
- Collect facts. Because intuition is based on the widest possible knowledge.
- empathy. Those who are able to empathize with others are more likely to guess their thoughts, feelings and intentions.
- Feedback.Make sure the moods of others. The more often you learn that you are right, the more you trust your intuition.
- perceive body impulses.Intuition, for example, also indicates pressure on the stomach or goose bumps.
- Symbolic thinking. Intuition likes to use pictures. A good workout: make comparisons as often as possible.
- decode body language. Instead of the words, you will have the facial expressions, gestures and posture of your counterpart on you.
- check the past. The best prediction for a person's future behavior is his behavior in the past.
- Dreams are a nocturnal variant of intuition. If you still remember in the morning, ask yourself: what does this dream want to tell me?
- serenity. The looser and more relaxed you are, the easier the intuition comes. Therefore often take a break and switch off.
- Openness to new things. Be curious, try something out, have the courage to take a small risk.
- Be creative. Paint z. For example, make a picture of a problem or invent a little story.
- distraction. Do not stick to the problem. As you engage with other things, your brain continues to subconsciously work on the solution, spitting it out in the unexpected moment as a lightning-fast idea.
This hinders intuition
- Interpretations. As soon as you interpret a situation prematurely, you lose your openness.
- Negative thoughts and feelings. Fears, anger, envy or feelings of inferiority distort your intuitive perception.
- Greed. It prevents you from detecting signals of danger, fraud or lack of quality.
- Exaggerated ambition. Blinds you to advice on how to behave or what is good for you.
- Expectations and wishes. Make you think of something as you would like it to.
- good or bad mood. Moods change your perception into positive or negative. Cheap is an unagitated, balanced mood.
- Prejudices. People and situations are seen from a limited perspective.
- Strong rational control. Prevents you from appreciating your intuition: you rate it as a crazy idea or fantasy. (Subsequent rational control, on the other hand, makes sense.)
