Mr. Daus, you have a lot of rich customers in your file, what do they have for wishes?

First of all, that always everything has to happen immediately. A typical example: one day before a Madonna concert in Copenhagen, decide that you need backstage tickets. And then I come into play.

And: can you do that?

Over the years, I have at least the experience that I come very far with the right choice of words and a lot of empathy.

What was the most exciting thing you have ever organized?

I booked space flights for a client of Richard Branson's company Virgin Galactic. You do not have such a task on your desk every day. It was also great when, on the birthday of a footballer, I wrote the first violin from the musical "Lion King?" organized? I knew how much he loves classical music. Or the German national player, who called me and said, "I want to make her an application, but you have to help me with that." That's me, I have a romantic streak.



Did he sell your idea afterwards as his?

It could be, but it does not matter to me whether my clients are giving the stuff I'm doing or just having a good time. My principle is: What a customer earns his money and what he spends it on is his business.

Is there still a moral limit for you?

Naturally! I refuse some requests. For example, if I am asked about an escort service or drugs? That may be acceptable in some circles, but I do not want to have anything to do with that. So when someone calls and asks, "Hey, Timo, we're in Saint-Tropez tomorrow, can you figure out a yacht, a few boxes of bubbly and some girls?" I say, "Nope." I once directly told a German national player that I do not work for him. Also among our customers? who are usually very polite and thankful people? There are those who treat you from above.



Why do you have so many footballers as customers?

We always develop our ideas to suit the respective customer. I guess, it gets rumored that we're doing a good job.

Where does decadence begin for you?

For me there is a clear difference: many would call it abundance that my clientele book a five-room villa for 10 000 euros a day in Ibiza. But on the other hand, many people live on it. For me, wastefulness depends on a yacht in Formentera, beheading a bottle of Dom Perignon with a saber and tipping it 130 euros into the sea. I think that's weird.

Does a wealthy magnate spend his money unlike a footballer?

Yes, yes. Some of these entrepreneurs are driven to want everything. And they do not understand that you can not make a table for them in a restaurant that's booked out for the next three months. Or that a suite in a hotel is already taken, because there are actually other people in the world who can afford such a thing.



What have you learned about rich people in recent years?

In the end, it's always about the same topics: family, friendships and enjoying the special moments. My clients also want to spend time with their loved ones because, after all, that's what counts.
