The "Old Pastorate", built in 1684 as a working and living place of the pastors, is a refuge of tranquility. In the small redbrick house, the married couple Thun indulge their guests today. The rooms are furnished with antiques. If you want, is here only for yourself, if you want to chat a little, sit down to dinner or breakfast with other guests, in the evening, one or two glasses of wine on the terrace. With only eight rooms, the round is manageable anyway. Recently there is also a spa. The little WittThe day comes to an end, on the beach, the last pack their things, the sun dips the island Foehr in golden light. The perfect time to go to the "Little Witt". In front of the bistro, opposite the Nieblumer church, you sit in the evening sun, eat a bouillabaisse or a salad, drink a good wine and let the day fade away. The best: You can take your favorite wine with you, because "the little Witt" is also a wine shop. Nahnshof
Barren, but beautiful: from Friedrichskoog to Niebüll Marschwiesen, as far as the eye can see, in between a few farms. Fantastically long sandy beaches are on Eiderstedt.
Nahnshof: As Christian the VIII of Denmark on the way to Föhr 142 years ago in the "Nahnshof"? He would not have sat on the garden bench, with freshly brewed lemon balm tea, to watch Gottfried the pot-bellied pig while sunbathing. He missed something, but luckily the old brickyard still exists, or better said, more than ever. For Petra Jessen-Petter and Siegfried Petter have the house with ten rooms, since 1778 in family ownership, lovingly restored.
