Heating with wood - what are the advantages?

An alternative is a so-called woodchip heating. Here no pellets are burned, but wood chips, so chopped wood, This wood may be slightly wetter compared to pellets. That's why they are cheaper, but the heating power can be lower.

The cheapest wood heating for entire buildings is the wood gasification boiler or log boiler. Be here complete logs burned in several steps.
