George Michael in the last interview: "My life was a waste of time!"

This project was close to his heart: until the end, did George Michael work on a documentary about his life? and spoke openly about his fears, grief and his love life.

On October 16, 2017? almost a year after his death? is the movie finally being broadcast on British television? and the 'Daily Mail' was allowed to take a look at the documentary titled 'Freedom' in advance.

As the English daily newspaper reports, the singer should give a highly emotional insight into his soul life and tell how pointless he felt his life to date. 'Daily Mail' quotes from the film:

I think that was all a waste of time, a waste of effort.

He never processed the AIDS death of his great love!

Reason for this statement should have been, among other things, the mourning for his former partner Anselmo Feleppa. The Brazilian was Michael's great love and died of AIDS in 1993. The musician never got over it. "I was absolutely devastated when I found out he had an incurable disease."

Especially because the two had little time together. In 1991 Michael and Feleppa got to know each other at a concert of the singer? and love. "Never have I been so happy in my life."

His mother died of cancer? and George Michael fell into a deep depression

But the death of his first love was not the only stroke of fate that George Michael had to endure. Only four years later, he lost his mother to cancer: "When my mother became cancerous, I felt that God had put me in the crosshairs, and I have never experienced such depression."

It became George Michael at some point too much:

There was always only fear? eitherFear of death or fear of the next bereavement.

The success as an artist and his new partner Fadi Fawaz could not help him permanently out of this emotional low. On December 25, 2016, George Michael died of heart failure at the age of 53.
