Fashion label Universal Standard announces revolutionary collection

Creating fashion for every woman - that's what many fashion labels have claimed. And yet there are still too many women who just do not find what they are looking for. The reason: the sizes. Often, plus size collections are only enough for sizes 50 or 52 - whoever lies about it will go blank. And that's exactly what the American fashion label Universal Standard wants to change now.

Under the name of "Foundation", the label has announced on Instagram a Basic collection that includes clothing sizes from 28 to 80. On Instagram, the brand writes: "For all of us, as we are." That's an announcement! There has never been such an unbelievably wide range of clothing sizes. And that's what the brand also feels in the comments.

"This is the strongest photo I've ever seen of myself"

The photo of the collection features activist and model La'Shaunae Steward posing in a white tank top, panties and socks. "I love it, I've never heard of your brand, but I'll damn well buy everything because it's important to share your opinion Thank you for making and showing dresses for all body shapes," commented one user. And she is not alone with that. In the comments it hails compliments and applause for what Universal Standard has done. Not only for all women out there, but also for the model.

She writes on Instagram: "This perspective shows everything I'm unsure about, and every part of me that other people say it needs to be thinner to be accepted, which is the strongest photo I've ever seen of myself and I could not be more proud of that. " Big words that we can only sign. Not only in fashion, but also in all everyday areas, there is not just A or B, not just one or the other. There is much more than that. It gives us all - and none of us is like the other. So why not celebrate that we're all so different, rather than a mess? After all, it still depends on what you think about yourself - not what others think about you.
