Fabric dye: A pillowcase full of love

You need this:

• salt
• Iron
• EasyColor Batik and Dyeing (eg craft supplies)
• Cold wax (eg via www.kreativ.de)
• pillowcase
• wash bowl
• measuring cup
• brush
• spoon
• Household paper (e.g., from Zewa)

That's how it's done:

1. Paint the desired motif or lettering on the cushion cover with cold wax and a brush. It is best to apply several coats and let everything dry well.

2. Mix the color according to the package instructions in a bowl. Allow to cool well. Then lay the cover as described in the instructions in the color water and allow to collect.

3. Drain the cover well and allow to dry. Place some kitchen paper over the wax writing and carefully iron over. So the wax dissolves, and the writing remains.
