"Entrepreneurs of the Future": Coaching makes you fit for online trading
Entrepreneurs must always develop their business with a view to future challenges. One of the biggest of these is? in the present and in the future? the digitization of the business model. In 2017, Amazon started the funding program "Entrepreneurs of the Future". Last year, the initiative helped 23 small businesses drive their digital business, launch exports, create jobs and build brands.
This year is about strong women. Together with the Association of German Women Entrepreneurs, Global Digital Women and the ChroniquesDuVasteMonde ACADEMY, Amazon supports successful owners and managers, ie the "Women Entrepreneurs of the Future", to build up or boost their online business. The initiative is aimed at companies with up to 20 employees on the way to online trading or in the middle of it and with growth potential.
Successful entrepreneurs coach and motivate
Over 160 women applied by the end of last year? Eighteen candidates have made it: Since the beginning of the year, expert coaches have been at their side to accompany them on their next big business step. Whether to start in online trading, to address new customer groups on the Internet, to further digitize social media marketing or the business model? experienced digital entrepreneurs and Amazon retailers and bloggers are helping to push the plans of the "entrepreneurs of the future".
The coaches not only support their protégés theoretically, they also help with the implementation of the action plan, which they develop with their respective participant. In addition, the women entrepreneurs undergo training to expand their know-how for the online business: How do customers find the offers on the Internet? Which channels are suitable? How do I build international logistics?
Women entrepreneurs who succeed best in transforming their business will be rewarded in four prize categories at the end of the program: "From Offline to Online", "Brand Building", "Marketplaces" and "Exports". The jury will be made up of representatives from the Association of German Women Entrepreneurs, Global Digital Women, ChroniquesDuVasteMonde, Amazon and people from science and politics in Munich on 19 July.
