Diet - German: What's behind diet spells

You want to lose weight? You think you are too fat? Then just do not listen to people who end up with bad tips, promises or with their own wonderful experiences in the end just a bad mood. This is what the authors Susanne Fröhlich ("Moppel-Ich") and Constanze Kleis in their new book "Diet - German. (Langenscheidt, 9.99 euros). There is a lot of talk and writing on the topic, and one should not believe everything. Especially celebrities offer the wildest explanations to explain their supposed figure secret. Oddly enough, the very poorest ("Victoria Beckham", "Angelina Jolie") are said to never diet among the celebrities, and pregnancies seem to pass without a trace on these ladies, the authors wonder. After only four weeks, they look as if they have only given birth to one peanut.

But beware of people who supposedly only good with you mean ("Take it, that's just custard that does not bite!"). They certainly do not just want their best, Merry and Clever warn. Expose all the sayings of your fellow man, find out what it really means. And get to know your body better: What does your bacon just want to tell you? What exactly does your balance mean now? Some facts, what really counts in dieting, can be found in the guide. And who knows, the author duo, maybe you do not want to lose weight in the end ...
