Caesar's Salad with Bacon Chips ... the Blender recipe with a guarantee of success

Ingredients: 1 large Roma salad 60 g Parmesan 125 bacon 3 ts Cane sugar Mulled pepper 3 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp mayonnaise 2 anchovy fillets 6 tbsp olive oil Salt That's how it's done: 1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Grate the parmesan finely and sprinkle on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Push for 8 minutes in the middle of the oven, then it should be golden brown. Cool on a grid, break into pieces. 2. Bacon Chips: Turn oven up to 200 degrees. Lay the bacon strips on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix the sugar with plenty of pepper, sprinkle on the bacon and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Degrease on kitchen tissue, allow to cool, cut into pieces with scissors. 3. Cut salad into 2 cm wide strips, wash and spin dry. Pump anchovy fillets with lemon juice, mayo and pepper. Mix together with oil, season with salt. Time required: 25 minutes
