Blogilates - Night urns for free

Sure, there are crunches and other nasties for a flat stomach. But the best exercises were invented by Joseph Pilates nearly 100 years ago. Because his concept trains especially the deep, small muscles in the stomach and pelvis. They are responsible for the posture - and for a nice body center. In the long run Pilates can get bored on the mat anyway. It's good that there's a lot going on right now: Pilates is now available in a variety of combinations. ChroniquesDuVasteMonde employee Wera Engelhardt has tested Blogilates.

That's how it's done: US fitness trainer Cassey Ho's program makes classical Pilates exercises more dynamic by running them to current charts on the radio. Ho turns upside down and uploads the videos to her blog where they can be viewed for free. There are also recipes and nutrition tips for a healthy lifestyle.

That's how it works: If you stick to the "beginner's workout calendar", which provides up to three ten-minute training sessions a day, then Ho promises to tighten and strengthen the entire body in a short time. The exercises should burn fat and stimulate blood circulation. Ho also wants to convey a positive attitude to yourself and your own body.

That's how it was: Granted, Leo's enthusiasm sometimes reaches the limit of tolerability as I torture myself with aching muscles and vibrating members on the mat. The training is effective, however, with each day I hold out a little longer. And it can be easily integrated into a packed everyday life, because you can quickly bring your body up to speed between work and a meeting with friends - highly recommended!

Here you can do it: At home. You do not need more than a computer or tablet with internet access and a mat. The whole program is available at www.blogilates.com
