Beauty tips for the day after

Before bedtime

Drinking a large glass of water, fluid deficiencies can lead to headaches. As a pre-cocktail dissolve a vitamin tablet, vitamin C and B complexes to help against the hangover. And if you are still so tired: better to go down with the make-up, otherwise the pores will clog. Practical are Expresstücher, which also remove the eye make-up (eg Diadermine). To prevent redness, spray thermal spray (eg from Vichy), see illustration above. Massage into the moist skin of a night cream, antioxidants and energy-providing active ingredients ensure healthy radiance in the morning (eg "Hydra + Destressant" by Roc). Those who are prone to red eyes can apply cream with dexpanthenol around the eye (eg from Bepanthen). Extra tip: So that the complexion does not look so pale, apply night cream with a self-tanner (eg "Complete Everynight Sunshine" by Olaz).

Make-up ensures freshness

Less is more: Concealer covers eye shadows (eg "Dream Mousse Concealer" by Maybelline Jade). A white kohl on the inner eyelid neutralizes redness. Of course: a little rouge in rosé or apricot and a light ligloss.

For the handbag

Who does not know where the evening ends: Party sets (eg "Party Survival Kit" by Korres) contain chewing gum, mini portions with facial cleansing cream, shower gel and body lotion. Sore danced feet relieves z. B. "Bubble Protection Gel" from Hansaplast.

Open windows and breathe deeply, so much oxygen gets into the blood. In the bathroom, the cycle with alternating showers gets going. Mint shampoo (eg "Clear Head Shampoo" by Origins) and a small scalp massage immediately wake you up. No time to wash your hair? Then smoothing styling cream removes odors (eg "Bed Head After Party" by Tigi). Body splash with orange and lemon noticeably improves your mood (eg "Eau d'Energie" by Biotherm). Vitamin C gives energy to the complexion: The set with peeling mask, serum and spray lotion immediately refreshes (eg "Borghese's Cura-C Vitamin C Renewal Treatment Kit"). After an exfoliating mask with guarana the skin should look like a beauty sleep (eg "Cell Booster Masque Gommage" by Cosmence / ccb-paris.de). Non-woven masks with retinol tighten the facial contour and eye area (eg "Express Lifting Sheet Mask" by Lancaster). Eye creams smooth small wrinkles through microparticles (eg "After-Party Eye Cream" by Wunderkind). With thick eyes, blinking and a lymphatic drainage helps: from the root of the nose gently to the edge of the face.

D rather not!

If you have a big head, do not reach for strong pills. Quickly, effervescent tablets help against headaches. Also good: massage the forehead and temples with peppermint oil or Tigerbalm or put an iced cherry stone pillow on the forehead.
On the next page: Beauty test: Fresh kicks

Gaby Hink, beauty editor, tested various freshmen at three dawns at dawn:

Smoothing Eye Cream: The cream is pleasant, and shortly after applying I feel that the skin is taut. The wrinkles are slightly padded, so probably the swellings have not disappeared, but I look more alert.

Lifting fleece mask: A patch under the eyes and a fleece on the chin and neck (attached to the ears!) - so no one may see me for 20 minutes. After that, the games are smoother and seem firmer - that would have done the rest of the face good.

Vitamin C Spray: "Hmmm, that smells like oranges," I think. The pump spray can be evenly distributed and makes the complexion immediately fresher. My couperose is, however, also clearly visible. Maybe more of a kick for Pale.
