"Bare reality": This is what breasts look like without Photoshop
How do you feel about your breasts? Do you find her too small? Or too big? Or maybe not symmetrical enough? Probably most women have no complaints about their bosoms ...
Breasts that we see in the media are perfect. But only because they were trimmed to perfection by Photoshop. Annoyed by this "unattainable ideal of beauty", photographer Laura Dodsworth launched her project "Bare Reality", which translates as "Naked Reality". For that, she brushed the breasts of 100 women - of course, not retouched.
You can see breasts of women between the ages of 19 and 101 years. Breasts ranging in size from AAA to K. Breasts that have breastfed a child. Breasts of a stripper. Scarred breasts that have been attacked by cancer ... And every breast has a personal story. Sometimes positive, sometimes negative. Every picture and every story shows that every body is different - there is no standard. Laura Dodsworth wants to encourage women with her project to stand by her breasts. We say: Thumbs up!
