Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt: They are singles again, before everything is clear

The negotiations on all divorce details are apparently still in full swing, before the law apply Angelina Jolie (43, "Salt") and Brad Pitt (55, "Fight Club"), however, probably now as singles. This is clear from the corresponding court documents, which should be available on the US portal "The Blast".

On Friday both actors are said to have asked a judge for a so-called "bifurcation". This allows spouses in the US to get a divorce, even before all the finer details are discussed. Meanwhile, anonymous sources surrounding Pitt and Jolie are said to have betrayed that they both considered this move important to finally be able to complete everything.



Pitt and Jolie met in 2005 while filming the movie "Mr. & Ms. Smith." They finally married in 2014 in a private ceremony in southern France. In September 2016, Jolie filed for divorce and cited "irreconcilable differences". The two have in common their children Vivienne (10), Knox (10), Shiloh (12), Zaharah (14), Pax (15) and Maddox (17).

Judge says Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are now single (April 2024).
