The two photographers Emilie Mercier and Frederique Marseille from Canada have just made him the star of their photo project 1001fesses? 1001 buttocks? made.

At the end of 2014, they began photographing naked female popos. A good year later, they launched a crowdfunding campaign to bring women to the world.
"We want to write a visual poem by taking pictures of all kinds of women and their buttocks, and by showing their beauty, we want to draw attention to a widespread mania: hatred of our hind quarters," they write on their homepage ,

So their pictures show the most different parts of the buttocks - all in their very own, individual form - but they have something in common: they are beautiful!
And another thing in common is striking: we do not see any faces. To this they write: "By showing anonymous bodies, we want to show beauty in every form - the beauty of female identity."
The models: women like you and me
The models are women like you and me. Via a Facebook group, the two Canadians post their itinerary and the dates when they set up in which city, and take pictures of every woman who registers for them.

But the photo session never becomes a mass event - Emilie and Frederique think it's important to personalize the shootings and give their models a good feeling.
Judging by the pictures, they seem to succeed. On their Instagram account with almost 18,000 followers, the two have now posted almost 300 Po images.
Here is a small selection, which of course does not show the most beautiful asses - because every butt in his own, incomparable way is perfect!
