So so! Couples who do THAT together stay together longer

As if we knew it: A study published in the journal The Journals of Gerontology states that couples who drink alcohol more often together are happier in the long term. A good 2700 couples were interviewed for the study, who have been together for an average of 33 years. Result: From the age of 50 years, living together improves when you often sip a glass together.

Why? It could simply be because they spend time together and have common interests, the researchers suspect. Okay, if that's the case, we can play Halma together - at least it's better for the liver!

I'm drinking 'Ouzo, what are you doing?

Because of love now to become the Alki? Under no circumstance! The deciding factor, according to the researchers, is not that you absolutely drink alcohol, but that you have similar drinking habits. So couples who are both abstinent did well off the poll. Common interests! The best way to ask when looking for a partner: "And how much do you drink like that ....?"
